What is Physics?

  I got a couple emails.  SO if you have questions you can post them here. 
  • The most important thing is that you have words @ least 25.  The more words the better.  
  • Now organize them into groups.  
  • It would probably be easier to do this on the computer because you can easily revise your groups
  • Now look at your groups.  Whats the big picture?  What is physics based on your organization of terms?

It is important that you begin with the end in mind.
You will get exactly out of this course what ever you are willing to put in to it.

At times Physics in general can be difficult but, if you do things just to get them done what have you really accomplished.

The key to success is to try and learn and UNDERSTAND Physics when doing assignments and reading.
If you do this it will make things easier.
You will have questions when if you follow the above, I will be happy to answer those questions.

Solving using your TI.

While we the teachers would like you to be able to use your math skills expediantly, you have a technological marvel called a calculator, which when given the correct formula to describe a situation (your job), will compute a mathematical numerical value based on your physics.
