#55) I got as far as ball 1 has a Final velocity of 21.7m/s from the equation Vsquared= Vi+2ax and i know that the initial velocity of ball 2 is 21.7m/s and the final velocity is 0, but i do not know where to go from there. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

  2. you can use .5(at^2)+Vot+X. Because they are intersecting you can write the two equations and then set them equal to each other so... .5(-9.8)(t^2)+24= .5(-9.8)(t^2)+21.7t and then solve for t which is about 1.1 seconds. Then plug it back in to one equation so .5(1.1)^2(-9.8)=-6 M I hope that helps..
