Okay so I am working on this sample exam , and I have already done other random ones I found online, but won't not letting us use a calculator just take more time (so pretty much a lower grade for me) or using the formula sheet that is right on the practice and actual AP test? I'm not complaining, I just don't understand. Is there a reason?

The sheet on the test only has values, no formulas. Also, I don't think the MC of the exam allows for calculator use either.
how is our midterm being graded? Will there be a curve?
i feel really unprepared. how is everyone else studying other than the sample AP test?

I was looking through the chapters and i think we only covered chapters 1-10 and chapter 18 and 19
I believe it's 1-6, 10, 18, 19. I don't recall impulse, torque, or rotational dynamics

I don't feel prepared at all. Even doing the practice test and knowing the correct answers doesn't help too much because there are no explanations. Has anyone found anything useful in explaining some of the questions? Also has anyone found out up to which question we should be able to find the answers to?
look up on google ap physics b midterm. some of them have practice questions that show u how to find answers
I was just reviewing Power and i was wondering if all the equations given equal each other? For example: does Force x velocity = change in energy/time ?The answer seems like no to me but i can't be sure why? Or why the term power would be used for two separate concepts
They should equal each other since Power is J/s or kg*m^2/s^3 and N*m/s is:kg*m/s^2 * m/s => kg*m^2/s^3also:W=F*Dsubstitute F*d for Work in change in W/change in timeyou get F*d/t. since F is being multiplied the top, you can also express it as: F*(d/t)=Power or F*V=PowerIt will work as long as you use the right velocity and force.
[Work=F*D*cosine( ). cos( ) would just go with the force if it does not equal one making it:cos( )*F*V=P]
